SunSun CPA-75000 – a pressure pond filter with a UV steriliser This pressure filter is designed for large ponds of up to 100,000 litres (without fish) or up to 40,000–50,000 litres with koi carp. The main advantage of the CPA series is automatic backwashing. Unlike the CPF series, where you turn the handle manually, this model features a built-in electric drive. It is the ideal solution for those who wish to automate their pond maintenance. Thanks to its pressure-fed design, the treated water can be pumped up to a cascade or waterfall up to 3 metres high.

- —All technical components are located in the top cover – easy access for maintenance. Automatic flushing – cleaning the sponges without dismantling the filter. Built-in contamination indicator. Treated water can be fed through a decorative waterfall. The treated water is suitable for watering plants – it contains natural organic fertilisers. Compact dimensions combined with high performance. Biofiltration: The filter is fitted with bio-rings, which facilitate the colonisation of beneficial bacteria. Bacterial colonisation time: 4–6 weeks. For a quick start-up, we recommend using products containing ‘starter bacteria’ (Safe Start Pond, Nitrivec). Optimum temperature for bacterial activation: 10–12 °C. Maximum water temperature in the filter: 40 °C (placement in the shade is recommended).
