2005 yılında Samsun ili Ladik ilçesi merkezli olarak kurulan firma 2013 yılında Osman Parlak tarafından devralınmış ve merkezi Samsun ili Yakakent Küplüağzı olarak değiştirilmiştir. Firma devralındığı gün itibariyle su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği sektöründe faaliyetlerine başlamıştır. Ladik’ de 4196 m2 lik bir alanda kurulu bulunan tesis Alabalık kuluçkahane tesisine çevrilmiştir. Tesisin yıllık 15 milyon adet yumurta üretim kapasitesi bulunmaktadır. Bu tesiste üretilen alabalık yumurtaları çevre bölge ve illerde yine aynı sektörde olan ve alabalık yumurta ihtiyacı duyan firmalara tedarik edilmiştir. Firmanın bir diğer yetiştiricilik kolu Samsun Bafra Derbent Barajı kıyısında 920 ton/yıl Alabalık-Somon yetiştirme kapasiteli tatlı su yetiştiricilik tesisi bulunmaktadır.
