2017 yılında Samsun ili Bafra Derbent Barajı kıyısında Alabalık-Somon yetiştiriciliği faaliyeti yapmak amacıyla Sezgin Arslan tarafından kurulmuştur. Tesisin yılda 200 ton Alabalık-Somon üretimi yapma kapasitesi bulunmaktadır. Her yıl tam kapasiteyi bulacak şekilde üretim yapılmaktadır. Güncel istihdam edilen personel sayısı 5’dir.
