Within the Sinop Region Aquaculture Cooperatives Union and its affiliated cooperatives, icing, cold storage and product transport practices are utilised to ensure that caught aquatic products reach the market without any loss of quality. The Union is carrying out initiatives to ensure that the products of members engaged in coastal fishing are stored, marketed and transformed into value-added products under appropriate temperature conditions.
