Stocking density: Typically 15–30 kg/m³ Water source: A reservoir with continuous water renewal. Feeding: Regular and controlled feeding with commercial extruded trout feed. Energy requirements: Electricity or generator support for feeding systems, service equipment, monitoring systems and logistical operations. Main system components: HDPE floating cages, net systems, buoys, mooring system, feeding equipment, service boats, water quality monitoring devices and harvesting equipment. Key features: High water exchange, natural aeration, commercial-scale production capacity, environmental monitoring and biosecurity measures.
