The system comprises broodstock units, egg incubation systems, larval and juvenile rearing tanks, water supply and aeration systems, water quality monitoring equipment, biosecurity infrastructure and record-keeping and monitoring systems. The primary objective is to support natural populations and contribute to the conservation of genetic resources by producing healthy fry with high survival rates.
